Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
In a bowl, sift dry ingredients together.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, beat eggs with mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs to the dry ingredients and mix until incorporated.
Step 4
Add vanilla, cream and butter and mix until incorporated (mixture will be quick thick).
Step 5
Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool; serve cold with a dollop of whipped cream on each slice.
