Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: In a bowl, sift dry ingredients together.
Step 3: In a separate bowl, beat eggs with mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs to the dry ingredients and mix until incorporated.
Step 4: Add vanilla, cream and butter and mix until incorporated (mixture will be quick thick).
Step 5: Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool; serve cold with a dollop of whipped cream on each slice.
