"An awesome easily made chicken stock I have been making for years. Great in Chinese or Asian recipes calling for chicken broth/stock. Use amount of bones and chicken pieces on hand, add to the soup along with green onions and ginger root, so easy-so good!"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place chicken bones,green onions and ginger root in large soup pot.
Step 2
Add water (assure chicken bones and pieces are covered)
Step 3
Over medium high heat bring to a boil, skim impurities that come to the top.
Step 4
Reduce heat, simmer 45 to 60 minutes.
Step 5
Strain.
