Step 1: Place chicken bones,green onions and ginger root in large soup pot.
Step 2: Add water (assure chicken bones and pieces are covered)
Step 3: Over medium high heat bring to a boil, skim impurities that come to the top.
Step 4: Reduce heat, simmer 45 to 60 minutes.
Step 5: Strain.
