This made a great seasoning mix. I like that it isn't very spicy. I will add a picture when I use this in a new chili recipe next week.

I've got both mild and medium ground chiles, so I used both kinds. Also used flaked sea salt. We love chili, so this will be great! Made for your football win.

This worked perfectly in one of my chili recipes. Just the right amount of everything. I like to make my own spice blends, because I can control the salt. Normally I would have left it out of this, but I used half the amount, and subbed Alder smoked sea salt.
