Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
In a medium mixing bowl beat melted butter or margarine with eggs, and sugar for 4 minutes. Add cornmeal, vinegar, and vanilla extract. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Pour into pastry shell.
Step 3
Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until set and golden brown on top.
