Step 1
Whip the heavy cream to form peaks. Do NOT overwhip
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla, condensed milk, cherries and salt.
Step 3
Fold the whipped cream into the milk mixture.

Scoop into an air-tight container. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until it is the consistency of ice cream.
