  • 1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/32 teaspoon salt (a dash)
  • 3 cups cherries, pitted (fresh, can use frozen)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whip the heavy cream to form peaks. Do NOT overwhip

  • Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla, condensed milk, cherries and salt.

  • Step 3: Fold the whipped cream into the milk mixture.

  • Step 4: Scoop into an air-tight container. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until it is the consistency of ice cream.
