Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks, place in a large bowl. Set aside the egg white halves, being careful to keep them whole and intact.

Step 2

Use a fork to mash the egg yolks. Stir in the mayonnaise and the next 7 ingredients (Worcestershire - celery seeds).

Step 3

Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the egg white halves. Sprinkle with parsley over eggs. Cover and refrigerate for 1 - 6 hours (helps meld all the flavors). Makes 12 deviled eggs.

These turned out delicious...we're not sure what the ingredient was that made them taste so good...we both thought it could be the tarragon vinegar...or maybe the dry mustard...anyway we really enjoyed them...made for "Billboard" tag game...thanks for sharing the recipe...
