Step 1: Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks, place in a large bowl. Set aside the egg white halves, being careful to keep them whole and intact.
Step 2: Use a fork to mash the egg yolks. Stir in the mayonnaise and the next 7 ingredients (Worcestershire - celery seeds).
Step 3: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the egg white halves. Sprinkle with parsley over eggs. Cover and refrigerate for 1 - 6 hours (helps meld all the flavors). Makes 12 deviled eggs.
