The ingredients are:
  • 6 eggs, large, hard boiled, shells removed
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (use good quality, Hellman's suggested)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon vinegar (cider, white wine, or red wine vinegar is also an option)
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon granulated onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds (optional)
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons minced parsley
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks, place in a large bowl. Set aside the egg white halves, being careful to keep them whole and intact.

  • Step 2: Use a fork to mash the egg yolks. Stir in the mayonnaise and the next 7 ingredients (Worcestershire - celery seeds).

  • Step 3: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the egg white halves. Sprinkle with parsley over eggs. Cover and refrigerate for 1 - 6 hours (helps meld all the flavors). Makes 12 deviled eggs.
