Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine the cheddar and mozzarella together; set aside.

Step 2

Cook ground beef; drain fat, Add onion and garlic powder, cook for another 3-4 minutes. Then add the sauce's and let simmer.

Step 3

Cook noodles as directed on package. Why noodles cook mix the sour cream and ricotta cheese in a bowl.

Step 4

Once noodles are done, drain add to the cheese mixture and combine well.

Step 5

Take a grease 13 x 9 pan, put some of the sauce on bottom layer noodles, the meat sauce and repeat. Top with half of the cheddar/mozza mix cheese.

Step 6

Bake in pre~heated oven at 375 for 25-30 mins. Remove and top with remaining 1 cup cheese, return to oven for 10 minutes.
