Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 large yellow onion, diced
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 package (16 ounces) dry noodles (Extra Wide Egg Noodles)
  • 1 container (15 ounce) ricotta cheese
  • 1 container (16 ounces) sour cream
  • 1 can (8 ounce) tomato sauce (Hunts Tomato Sauce Basil, Garlic & Oregano)
  • 1 can (15 ounce) tomato sauce (Hunts Tomato Sauce original flavor)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine the cheddar and mozzarella together; set aside.

  • Step 2: Cook ground beef; drain fat, Add onion and garlic powder, cook for another 3-4 minutes. Then add the sauce's and let simmer.

  • Step 3: Cook noodles as directed on package. Why noodles cook mix the sour cream and ricotta cheese in a bowl.

  • Step 4: Once noodles are done, drain add to the cheese mixture and combine well.

  • Step 5: Take a grease 13 x 9 pan, put some of the sauce on bottom layer noodles, the meat sauce and repeat. Top with half of the cheddar/mozza mix cheese.

  • Step 6: Bake in pre~heated oven at 375 for 25-30 mins. Remove and top with remaining 1 cup cheese, return to oven for 10 minutes.
