Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350*F.

Step 2

In a skillet, saute onions and peppers in oil until soft.

Step 3

Remove to a large bowl; set aside.

Step 4

In same skillet brown hamburger with garlic powder. Drain the fat, then add to the same bowl that has the onion mixture. Mix in 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, condensed soup, tomatoes with juice, oregano, basil, cumin, salt, and pepper. Then mix in cooked macaroni.

Step 5

Pour in a baking dish coated with cooking spray.

Step 6

Add 2 cups cheddar cheese on top.

Step 7

Bake 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.

Step 8

Let set for about 5 minutes before cutting.
