"Imitation crab, frozen vegetables, and canned soup. Nothing at all fancy, and certainly not for those who think using those things is beneath them. But for those who want good, pretty healthy comfort food, this fits the bill perfectly. Using reduced fat and reduced sodium ingredients makes it even more diet-friendly. This would probably also be good with some pasta or rice either mixed in or on the side."
