Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F; spray a large casserole dish with cooking spray.
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine soup, milk, sour cream, basil, tarragon, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and bouillon.
Step 3: Stir in both types of onion and peas and carrots; stir in crab; stir in 1 1/2 cups cheese.
Step 4: Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 30 minutes, until heated through and bubbly.
Step 5: Sprinkle top with remaining cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes, until cheese melts.
Step 6: Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
