Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup (I used 1 low fat and 1 low sodium)
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup french fried onions, lightly crushed
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen peas and carrots, thawed
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages imitation crab, thawed, squeezed dry and rough chopped
  • 2 cups shredded reduce fat sharp cheddar cheese, divided

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F; spray a large casserole dish with cooking spray.

  • Step 2: In a large bowl, combine soup, milk, sour cream, basil, tarragon, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and bouillon.

  • Step 3: Stir in both types of onion and peas and carrots; stir in crab; stir in 1 1/2 cups cheese.

  • Step 4: Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 30 minutes, until heated through and bubbly.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle top with remaining cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes, until cheese melts.

  • Step 6: Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
