Cheeseburger Tacos
"These are just like cheeseburgers except they are served in taco shells. For Die hard cheeseburger fans, you can still add your pickle! This is also fun for tailgating parties! I used all Old El Paso Brand for this recipe. I got this recipe from an Old El Paso Cookbook."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Line each tack shell with 1 slice of cheese.
Step 3
Arrange taco shells on an ungreased cookie sheet (cheese will fall to one side).
Step 4
Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Step 5
Meanwhile, in a 8 inch skillet, cook beef over medium high heat until done.
Step 6
Drain well and return to skillet.
Step 7
Stir in cheese dip and cook until heated through.
Step 8
To serve: spoon about 2 tablespoons beef mixture into each taco shell.
Step 9
Top each with lettuce and tomato.
Step 10
Serve with salsa. Don't forget the pickles for those die hard cheeseburger fans!
