Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Step 2
Cook chopped bacon until crisp; remove to a bowl.
Step 3
Add in ground beef into the same pan, cook and brown over medium heat, drain any grease from pan. Add in around three-quarters of the cooked bacon pieces, the onions and garlic and jalapeno slices, sauté until vegies are tender and fragrant, around 3 minutes.
Step 4
To the hot mixture, mix in cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise until well blended.
Step 5
Add worcestershire sauce and ketchup, stir until well blended. Add salt to your taste.
Step 6
Fold in shredded mozzarella and pour into a baking dish.
Step 7
Top mixture with shredded cheddar and remaining bacon pieces.
Step 8
Bake in a oven until cheese is melted and dip is heated thoroughly, about 20 minutes.
Step 9
Serve warm with toasted baguette slices or crunchy pita chips.
