"Found this recipe online and sounded pretty easy, so I tried it. My family likes it, but I have spiced it up a bit since it was pretty bland. I have made with both french fries and tator tots. It is good with both. I like to eat it with ketchup and hot sauce. Hope you enjoy it."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2
Brown hamburger with onions and cloves of garlic if using until no longer pink and onions and garlic are translucent. Drain grease.
Step 3
Season meat with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Step 4
Return meat to the heat and stir in both cans of soup. Heat through until bubbly. Season with hot sauce, and cajun seasoning.
Step 5
Spray a 9x13 cake pan with cooking spray and place meat mixture in the bottom of the pan and spread it out evenly.
Step 6
Cover the meat mixture with the frozen french fries in an even layer.
Step 7
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the french fries are golden brown or if using tator tots until they are golden brown.
Step 8
Remove from oven and sprinkle the top with the cheese.
Step 9
Return to oven until cheese is melted. (I leave until cheese starts to get brown).
