"My DD makes this to spread on to her toast instead of butter. She also sometimes slices banana's and places on top of the cashew butter. It will keep a few days in the fridge. A very healthy alternative to butter or margarine and very tasty."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Add cashews, vanilla bean paste and water to a food processor and blend to a your desired consistency. (We like it a little coarse)
Step 2
Spread on your toast.
Step 3
If using banana ~ top you toast with sliced banana.
