Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Sauce: Blend sour cream 1/2 can of the soup and nutmeg and set aside.

Meatloaf: Mix the meat and 1/2 can of soup, the stuffing mix and season to taste.
Step 4
Add the egg.
Step 5
Form loaf in a shallow casserole.
Step 6
Bake 60 minutes.
Step 7
With 10 minutes to go, heat the sour cream mixture, don't boil.
Step 8
Pour over the meatloaf.
