Step 3: Meatloaf: Mix the meat and 1/2 can of soup, the stuffing mix and season to taste.
Step 4: Add the egg.
Step 5: Form loaf in a shallow casserole.
Step 6: Bake 60 minutes.
Step 7: With 10 minutes to go, heat the sour cream mixture, don't boil.
Step 8: Pour over the meatloaf.
