Step by Step Method

Step 1

Using a food processor combine all the ingredients using on/off pulsing turns until the dough comes together. Turn dough out onto a work surface and shape into a disc - wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm (1 hour - but can be refrigerated up to 4 days).

Step 2

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Step 3

On a floured work surface roll dough into ta 12 x 6 inch rectangle 1/8 inch thick. Cut dough into 6 x 1/2 inch strips and place on prepared pan, twist ends in opposite directions to make spirals.

Step 4

Bake until crisp (5-10 minutes). Let cool before serving.

Totally addictive! By the time appetizers were to be served, these were totally gone! Delish while still warm, but I'm sure they were good cold, too. The "icing on the cake" is that these are super easy to make! Thanks for sharing - we'll be having these again, but a double recipe!

This makes for some delicious little snacks. The cheese flavor comes out brilliantly, not dull but forward. They turned out flaky with a crunchy texture. Yummy. Thank you, ellie, for sharing. Made it for FYC.
