Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 ounces Camembert cheese (cubed and softened)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Using a food processor combine all the ingredients using on/off pulsing turns until the dough comes together. Turn dough out onto a work surface and shape into a disc - wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm (1 hour - but can be refrigerated up to 4 days).

  • Step 2: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  • Step 3: On a floured work surface roll dough into ta 12 x 6 inch rectangle 1/8 inch thick. Cut dough into 6 x 1/2 inch strips and place on prepared pan, twist ends in opposite directions to make spirals.

  • Step 4: Bake until crisp (5-10 minutes). Let cool before serving.
