Step 1: Using a food processor combine all the ingredients using on/off pulsing turns until the dough comes together. Turn dough out onto a work surface and shape into a disc - wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm (1 hour - but can be refrigerated up to 4 days).
Step 2: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Step 3: On a floured work surface roll dough into ta 12 x 6 inch rectangle 1/8 inch thick. Cut dough into 6 x 1/2 inch strips and place on prepared pan, twist ends in opposite directions to make spirals.
Step 4: Bake until crisp (5-10 minutes). Let cool before serving.
