Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat: add in mushrooms, onion, Cajun seasoning sausage and garlic. Saute around 8 minutes or until the sausage is thoroughly cooked.

Add rice to pan. Stir in broth and beans. Add salt and pepper Bring mixture to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer until rice is tender.
