"I can't remember how I came up with this one. But I love crispy topping on my macaroni and cheese. So if I make a stove top version and want that crunch I make some of this and sprinkle it on. I have used it on alfredo pasta too. Use to your heart's desire on any dish or casserole which doesn't have that crunch you may sometimes crave ;)."

I was making a green bean casserole and wanted something crunchy for the top and remembered this recipe so I decided to use it. It worked great and we loved the casserole. It would also be good on mac n cheese or with pasta.

I wanted a bread crumb topping for some white fish I was baking and this was perfect for that. I topped the topping with a quick squeeze of lemon and the fish was so delicious! I can use this for so many things. It will be utilized again!
