Step by Step Method
Step 1
Add sour cream, salt and egg yolks to sugar.
Step 2
Melt chocolate and butter over boiling water. Add chocolate mix to egg mix.
Step 3
Sift flour and soda and add to mixture. Fold in beaten egg whites.
Step 4
Bake about 30 minutes in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven.
Step 5
Makes 2 small layers or one loaf cake.
