"I tried this at a friend's house and it was so amazing I just had to ask for the recipe. My friend said she ripped this recipe from a magazine at her Dr.s office. It is cooked under your oven's broiler and comes out perfectly cooked to medium-rare if you have the proper thickness of 1 and 1/2 inches."

I agree with FEM - I also added extra Worcestershire and salt. But that being said, these were awesome steaks! The anchovy butter is delicious! I do prefer my steaks grilled or on cast iron stovetop, but we'll definitely be having these again with the amazing butter. Thanks for sharing!

This steak worked great and putting this recipe right in my front pocket for those days where grilling outdoors is undoable. From the process, the seasoning selection, everything worked beautifully. I did though add additional salt and additional Worcestershire sauce. Thanks so much, Bea, for sharing this lovely recipe!
