Step 1: Season both sides of the steaks with pepper.
Step 2: Crush the garlic and salt with a mortar and pestle and mix with the coconut oil to form into a paste; rub over the steaks and set aside for half an hour.
Step 3: Meanwhile crush the anchovy filets with the mortar and pestle and mix with the butter and Worcestershire; set aside.
Step 4: Preheat the broiler for 10 minutes.
Step 5: Place the steaks on a rimmed baking sheet and onto the top shelf of the broiler (6” from heat source) and broil for 4 minutes per side. (This will give you a medium-rare steak, increase cook time if you prefer it done more)
Step 6: Loosely cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes; rub with the butter anchovy mixture and serve.
