Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2
In a large bowl stir together the soup, sour cream and hot pepper sauce. Add the potatoes and onions, toss together well.
Step 3
Arrange potato mixture in a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over potatoes and bake for 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Step 4
Place dish in broiler for 1 minute to brown topping. (Optional)
