this is so good and makes a lot, so we are freezing some in tupperware bowls for lunch. The only changes I made was using vegetable broth instead of beef broth and using faro instead of barley -- none of which made any difference in the end result of this delicious soup. Even better it uses ingredients we almost always have on hand. Delicious! Thanks for sharing!
