Step by Step Method
Step 1
Brown ground beef and onions and season lightly.

Add flour, carrots, and seasonings.

Mix well.

Pour tomato juice over meat.

Cover and simmer 30 minutes.

Season to taste, and stir often.
Step 7
Add water if needed.

Cook noodles as directed on box and drain.

Place cooked noodles in serving dish, pour meat mixture over noodles.
