"Back in the good ol "80's" this was the thing to finish off dinner parties. I have not made this for years....maybe time for a comeback? You will need fresh whipped cream for this recipe, and back in the day it was coffee granulated coffee used.... but I am going to try espresso this decade.....lol Prep time does not include whipping cream."

Step 1

Flavor the whipped cream by carefully stirring in a pinch (or as per taste buds) of nutmeg, Stir the sugar into each coffee; Float the brandy on top and serve with a bowl of whipped cream.

To serve; Place a dollop of whipped cream onto each coffee.
