Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F.
Step 2
Put the roast in a baking pan. (They didn't have a size)
Step 3
Open the can of tomatoes and dump them over the roast mashing the tomatoes onto the meat.
Step 4
Sprinkle with caraway seeds, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Sprinkle the roast with paprika.
Step 6
Cover and roast 350 degrees F if roast is fatty or 375 if lean. (For 2 hours I'm guessing)
Step 7
Uncover last 15 minutes.
