Step 1: Preheat oven to 375F.
Step 2: Put the roast in a baking pan. (They didn't have a size)
Step 3: Open the can of tomatoes and dump them over the roast mashing the tomatoes onto the meat.
Step 4: Sprinkle with caraway seeds, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5: Sprinkle the roast with paprika.
Step 6: Cover and roast 350 degrees F if roast is fatty or 375 if lean. (For 2 hours I'm guessing)
Step 7: Uncover last 15 minutes.
