Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds pork roast
  • 28 ounces tomatoes, whole (1 can)
  • 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375F.

  • Step 2: Put the roast in a baking pan. (They didn't have a size)

  • Step 3: Open the can of tomatoes and dump them over the roast mashing the tomatoes onto the meat.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle with caraway seeds, salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle the roast with paprika.

  • Step 6: Cover and roast 350 degrees F if roast is fatty or 375 if lean. (For 2 hours I'm guessing)

  • Step 7: Uncover last 15 minutes.
