"The recipe calls for frozen pitted cherries. Fresh Cherries or Strawberries are wonderful substitutes....just add a bit of sugar for sweetness!"

Cherries, vanilla frozen yogurt and chocolate cookies? You can't go wrong... and we DIDN'T! This was sooo good. I used thin Oreo cookies (it's what I had in the pantry) and dark sweet frozen cherries. Used Blue Bunny's vanilla frozen yogurt (it's the only frozen vanilla yogurt in town). Layered it up and ATE IT ALL! And I have enough to make it again for dessert tomorrow night. I am high-fiving myself. Made for For Your Consideration Tag.
