Step by Step Method

Heat oven to 400 degrees

Make sauce:

Heat butter in saucepan until melted

For the crust mix and roll out to 12 inches

Place on greased cookie sheet

Put the filling on 1/2 the crust

Moisten the edge fold over

Press with edge of crust

Cut slit on inside part of pie 5 slits

Mix egg and water

Step 19

Brush over top

Bake until golden brown 30 minutes

Serve with hot sauce
