These are Great biscuits! The mashed potatoes give it a wonderful tender crumb and delicious flavor. I added the ¼ cup of regular flour right into the batter, but I think it was supposed to be for flouring the board. However, I’m glad I did that because the batter was on the wet-side and I thought it was a bit too wet, but nope, it turned out some fantastic biscuits. I did top the biscuits with some pats of butter (and buttered cast iron skillet) before placing in the oven and baked them at 350-degrees F to allow them to cook through before browning too quickly because of its moistness. So good! Thank you, Dee, for sharing!
