Step 1

Melt butter in large skillet. Add steak and onions. Saute on medium high heat until onions are golden and steak is no longer pink.

Step 2

Lower heat to medium low. Stir in soup and sour cream. Heat just until steaming hot. Do not boil. Salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3

Serve over hot egg noodles.

A solid four stars - super easy, I could see my teenager being able to make this. If I made it again I'd add a little fresh garlic and some mushrooms, either jarred or fresh. Hubby loves this kind of dish!
