  • 1 onion, large (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Egg noodles (4 cups, cooked)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Melt butter in large skillet. Add steak and onions. Saute on medium high heat until onions are golden and steak is no longer pink.

  • Step 3: Serve over hot egg noodles.
