"Recipe from Elko Nevada where there are a lot of Basque immigrants. You have to LOVE garlic to make this one. Very nice tossed with a rustic chunky salad. "

Derf "RIP" Forever in our Kitchen

mmm lovely garlicy flavour, I'll definately be making this again, was looking for somethint to coat some cod, this was perfect, slathered it on and baked it at 350f for 20 minutes, turned out sooo good!! Now i'm looking forward to using it on some greens, i'm sure it will be delicious.  I forgot to say i used no fat  mayo.
