Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place spareribs in roasting pan
Step 2
Cover with 2 onions sliced
Step 3
Mix up everything else and pour over meat
Step 4
Cover and bake in moderate oven (350 degrees)

For an hour and a half

Baste occasionally and turn spareribs twice replacing onions on top

Remove cover from roaster during last 15 minutes replacing onion slices if they have fallen off and brown ribs
