"This is my favorite barbecue sauce. I usually make a big batch and freeze it in smaller batches for later."

Step 1

Simmer all but ketchup, liquid smoke, and Worcestershire sauce for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Add ketchup, liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil.

Delicious barbecue sauce...I cut the recipe in half and used it for some bbq pork sandwiches...very easy to make...it is a vinegar based one so on the tangy side...made for week #17 win in the "Football" game...
