"Found @ realsimpledotcom & 1 of many recipes that reflect the melting pot cultural blend of the NY City cuisines. Banh Mi Dogs are sold by push-cart vendors & in dozens of small Vietnamese restaurants in NY City. The classic Vietnamese Banh Mi Dog uses a more upscale meat product w/baguette bread, but this version makes it more kid-friendly & patio party-friendly by using hot dogs & buns. ENJOY!"

Bergy

Lovely twist on a hot dog. I used the jumbo Euro weiner and it was perfect. I loved the Sriacha sauce. The cukes & carrot were perfect companions. I am sorry that I forgot the fresh mint so I used some non sweet Jalapeno Mint jelly
