Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 (224 grams) beef hot dogs
  • 4 (172 grams) bread buns (hot dog buns, split)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (Sriracha or another hot pepper sauce like Tabasco)
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 pound cucumber (1/2 cucumber, thin-sliced)
  • 1 carrot (large & shredded - See HINT in Prep Steps)
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook the hot dogs according to the package directions & place a hot dog in ea bun.

  • Step 2: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Sriracha & sugar.

  • Step 3: Dividing evenly, top each hot dog w/the mayonnaise mixture, cucumber, carrot & mint.

  • HINT: Do you want shredded carrots in minutes w/o even trying hard? Use your zester to get lovely thin strips of carrot that will be easy to apply to this recipe & most others too.
