  • When buying shrimp, look for ones that are firm and have a bright color. Avoid shrimp that are slimy or have a strong odor.
  • If you can't find Thai sweet chili sauce, you can substitute it with equal parts of honey and sriracha.

  • Substituting Greek yogurt for the mayonnaise in the sauce will reduce the fat content and provide a healthier alternative. The tanginess of the yogurt will also add an extra layer of flavor to the dish.
  • Substituting quinoa for the spaghetti will provide a gluten-free option and increase the protein content of the dish. Quinoa is also a great source of dietary fiber and other essential vitamins and minerals.

Spicy Bang Bang Shrimp & Spaghetti Increase the amount of Sriracha and red pepper flakes in the sauce and add 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the shrimp before roasting.
