Step by Step Method

Step 1

To make the sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, garlic, lime juice, Sriracha and red pepper flakes; set aside.

Step 2

N a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions; drain well; set aside.

Step 3

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.

Step 4

Whisk the olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper, to taste. Add in raw shrimp, gently toss to combine. Place seasoned shrimp on baking sheet. Place into oven and roast just until pink, firm and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.

Step 5

In a large bowl, combine pasta, cooked shrimp and mayonnaise mixture.

Step 6

Serve immediately, garnished with parsley.
