Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar (balsamic)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped rosemary (chopped finely)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Fresh rosemary (2 sprigs)
  • Salt and pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place lamb chops in a large shallow dish.

  • Step 2: Combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, rosemary, honey, mustard's, oregano, salt and pepper and pour the mixture over chops. Toss and rub in coat. Lay extra fresh rosemary over top of chops.

  • Step 3: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour prior to grilling.

  • Step 4: Grill chops on both sides, until grilled to your liking.
