"I really love zucchini sticks. And this is a nice alternative to the breaded one. I serve these with homemade ranch dressing. These are completely addicting. I have put that it serves 4, but it all depends on the size of zucchini you use and if it is an appy or a side."

I used very large zucchini for this recipe so I cut the strips about the size of french fries and followed instructions as listed. They turned out perfectly delicious! Thx for sharing your recipe with us.

The zucchini was delicious! Easy to make and everyone enjoyed it. I made as directed except I cut each slice in half (because I misread the instructions). Made for Billboard Tag.

These are very good -- I only used 3 zucchini but these made a lot of zucchini sticks which we enjoyed. I skipped the thyme and parsley, but otherwise made as directed Delicious and enjoyed by all. Thanks for sharing!

I am always looking for new recipes to add to my Bariatric eating plan, and these really work. A great substitute for french fries and one I really enjoyed. I will make these any time I feel like indulging in french fries! Thank you Patti for sharing this recipe with us. Much appreciated! Linda

Loved the herb combination in these tasty zucchini sticks...I cut this down to 1 serving and served 2 sticks each for one of our appy nights...made for "Bill Board" tag game...

I really liked this option of baking vs. frying which cuts down on the fat. These were tasty and worked out really well as a side to our fish tonight. These will be made again. Thank you Luvcookn for sharing!
