Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Separate top and bottom halves of buns and spread each with mayonnaise. Layer ham, onion, cheese and spinach. Replace top half of bun to assemble sandwiches, then place sandwiches on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Whisk together sauce ingredients and drizzle over sandwich tops. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and cover with foil.
Step 4
Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove foil and bake 2 more minutes. Serve warm.
